Shipping Policy

Please Read Carefully:

If you would like a shipping quote please contact our Customer Service Department -- 888-302-2276 -- prior to ordering with the following information: Stock number and destination zip code.

We use UPS for those items that meet their size and weight requirements. We do not require a signature for UPS deliveries.

Standard motor freight is used for larger and/or heavier items. Your furniture will be delivered “curbside”. You will need to be home to accept delivery of your merchandise. The motor freight company will not be responsible for unpacking or bringing the merchandise into your home.

For those items listed on our site that are not included in our FREE shipping offer, please contact us prior to placing an order. Our shopping cart system does not calculate shipping cost or reflect any special pricing. Once an order is placed you will receive two order confirmations: one confirming your order has been sent and the second reflecting the shipping cost, lead-time and any special pricing. We will not process an order until you approve the shipping cost.

Free shipping offered on specific items only apply to the contiguous United States.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary with each product. If you have a specific delivery time frame, please contact us prior to ordering with the stock number of the items, finish, and quantity you are interested in. We will do our best to expedite your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. In stock items can ship out in as little 2-3 working days, out of stock item can take up to 4-6 weeks. Once your order ships general transit time is 5-7 working days.

Delivery Notification:

On all motor freight and UPS deliveries, you will be contacted via Email or telephone when your order ships. You will be given the shipper’s name, phone number and tracking number. Once your order arrives at the destination terminal they will contact you to arrange delivery. You will be able to schedule a day: Monday – Friday, and receive an approximately four (4) hour window for delivery, you should verify (and clarify if necessary) your delivery destination.

The motor freight company will use a 28’ or 48’ tractor trailer to make your delivery, the delivery will be made with one (1) driver, he will be able to unload the pallet from the truck using a lift gate, he will NOT be responsible for brining the pallet inside or unpacking.

NOTE: If no one is home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum redelivery charge of $75.00 per order. Please make sure you contact the shipper and arrange for someone to be home to receive the order.

If your home is not accessible by delivery truck, we may have to transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide pick-up and transportation to your home.

In some cases, remote delivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking:

General transit time is 5-7 working days. Once your order ships we will contact you via email or phone and give you tracking information. You will be able to contact the shipper and arrange for delivery.

When your merchandise arrives:

Your items will arrive on a wooden pallet, approximate pallet sizes: dining set: 48x85x58H, Sofa/loveseat: 48x92x70H, Bedroom set: 48x73x63H You may have to open cartons, to look for transit damage, sometimes the driver is unable to wait for you to inspect your merchandise, please note on Bill of Lading: Driver is unable to wait for full inspection, no seen damage. Please ***DO NOT SIGN*** Bill of Lading until you are reasonable sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, and it is acceptable/fixable please note it on Bill of Lading and accept delivery. If damage is unacceptable please refuse and notify us immediately, 1-888-302-BARN ext 135. You must sign the Bill of Lading noting any damage. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen. Your order is fully insured against freight damage, however it must be noted on the bill of lading. A signed bill of lading with out any notes of damaged is considered received in perfect condition.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, money orders, cashiers check and wire transfers.


Orders shipping out in 3 weeks or more production time require 50% down, balance due when order is ready to ship. Orders that ship out in 2-5 days will be charged full payment at time of order.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

After your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel without incurring any penalties. Orders canceled after the 24-hour mark will be subject to a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and shipping charges.

We DO NOT offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee." If you wish to return delivered merchandise, contact us for authorization. You will need to repack merchandise with care, as return freight damage will be chargeable to you. All returned merchandise would be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return shipping charges.

You have seven (7) days to contact us and receive authorization of return, returns will not be allowed after the seventh (7th) day. Once we have received the returned merchandise and inspected it we will then issue your credit. A credit will only be made to the original account number we have on file.

Warranties and Disclaimer:

All products are subject to availability. Actual colors may not match your monitor. Prices and product information are subject to change without notice. This information may contain errors please contact us to ensure you are getting actuate up to date information. All products carry a 1-year warranty against any manufacture or workman ship defect. Warranty does not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; warranty begins at time merchandise is delivered.
